We recognise the job application process is a daunting task, and so we offer support to individuals to overcome their nerves, and identify how to talk about themselves positively with impact, and understand more about the assessment process and exercises involved. Who better to learn from than those consultants who design them!
In addition to face to face support, but also in light of the current restrictions on our movements and respecting social distancing, we are also now providing an online facility, offering coaching and recruitment advice. Our team of recruiters, occupational psychologists and coaches have developed a process to offer the best support and guidance to students and give them the confidence they need and to understand what employers are looking for. We are a friendly team and want to help individuals move into the best career for them!
Face to face mock assessment events to support and encourage students to experience the whole process. We also offer this same support online using the technology platforms available to us.
